Web Site Problems

I recently had some problems with my web site. It seems I may have been hacked and some pages have funny ? like symbols put in place of spaces, dashes, apostrophes and the degree symbol.

It took a lot of effort to fix, as a simple restore from a backup did not work. I have now fixed all the problems in the articles, but I still have a problem with the menu above.

I am working on trying to correct but this may take some time.
